You can make custom forms with distinct custom fields for various forums and user groups by using the wpForo – Topics Custom Fields extension.

You can use each of your forums for a different purpose by having distinct custom fields in each topic form. All the capabilities required to create a help forum, classified listing, or company directory forum are included in this extension.

The form structure can be managed with rows and columns by using the subject form builder. Drag and drop form fields to any forum and for any user group you like. Create as many custom forms as you like. You can add any custom field to the forum search form in order to search topics based on custom fields.
