Based on the WooCommerce Membership plugin, the wpForo – WooCommerce Membership Integration addon provides a membership option for your forum. Prior to acquiring this addon, you had to install WooCommerce and purchase the WooCommerce Membership Addon. It gives you access control over wpForo categories, boards, subforums, and topics on your forum. You can offer a particular forum or topic solely to members by creating a members-only forum with membership.

You can plan when members should be able to access forums and topics by becoming a member. You can plan when members should be able to access your content by using the drip content feature. Customers can be required to be members for a week, for instance, before they are allowed to view a certain forum or topic. It is possible to show restricted forums and  topic names to visitors, allowing them to preview the kind of content they may expect to receive after purchasing a membership plan. Once they choose to access a particular forum or topic, they will be prompted to purchase that membership plan.
